The novelty of today is a flexible pressure sensor capable of elongating under load and to measure the load applied accordingly: it can be sewn on clothing or on technical fabrics but also coupled with various materials more or less stringent for different applications.

. This sensor new generation is realized with an elastomeric film with a high elongation where, on both sides, of the electrodes are deposited flexible. Whenever the sensor is deformed through the change of the shape of the object to which it is applied, for example a session, its thickness and therefore its electric capacity undergo a change that can be measured accurately.
